Before/After Breast Augmentation

This patient had a more masculine-appearing thorax, the area between neck and abdomen, with wide shoulders and a more narrow hip area. The breasts were positioned very high and there was no sub-mammary crease. Using an armpit incision and placing the implant under the muscle produced a natural improvement. The patient did not want to go very big in size, but wanted an increase in breast size that was in proportion to her shoulder and waist width.
